UNIFORM FITTINGS: AUGUST 4th, 5th, 8th & 9th
Have you signed up yet for your Marching Band Uniform Fitting Appointment? Click HERE to signup. Be sure to:

  • Bring your SIGNED Camp Contract (mailed to your home last week), signed by student and parent to the Pre-Camp Meeting or your uniform fitting. You will not get fitted without your signed contract. Contact TIMB.VPMarchingBand@gmail.com if you did not receive one, or print out a blank one HERE.
  • Wear athletic shorts (not denim), a short sleeved t-shirt and socks.
  • Fittings will take about one hour.

Join the Directors and TIMB in the NHS Theater for everything you need to know about preparing for band camp and what to expect this season!

ALL MARCHING BAND AND COLOR GUARD LEADERSHIP
Leadership training Thursday, August 4th & Friday, August 5th from 9:00am-3:30pm in Room 501. This is mandatory for ALL leadership (DM, managers/asst managers, section leaders/asst section leaders, captains, etc).  Color guard leadership – please come after your morning session. Drumline & Pit leadership – your coaches will send you over to us at our agreed upon time.

“I’M WITH THE BAND” FANWEAR – PRE-ORDERS DUE TONIGHT!
Parents and supporters: Click HERE to order your Band Fanwear (t-shirt or zippered hoodie – men’s or women’s cut). Pre-orders are due tonight (Monday, August 1st) in order to pickup at the Marching Band Kickoff on Friday, August 12th. You may also order at the Kickoff for delivery by the first football game and limited quantities will be available for sale.

PARENTS, TIMB & NHS ALUMNI: WE NEED YOUR HELP!
It takes HUNDREDS of volunteers to support our music students each school year! Please SIGN UP to volunteer during uniform fittings, band camp, football games and other performances. You can help for a couple of hours, or at every game. No experience necessary, we will train you! Questions? Contact TIMB.hello@gmail.com. More spots will be added during the Concert and Jazz Seasons, so check back often!

Fri, Aug 12th @ 6pm: Kickoff Celebration, NHS Football Field (call time for students 5pm, dinner served).
