JAZZ AT THE OAK – TONIGHT!
Please join us for this free community event which will take place TONIGHT, Friday, May 17th, at 5:30pm around the NHS Oak Tree. Bring your lawn chair, grab a bite from Tacos & Co. and enjoy performances by the amazing jazz musicians from NHS and Sierra Vista Middle School!

POPS CONCERTS – NEXT WEEK!
Join us for the final concerts of the school year! All concerts begin at 7:00pm in the NHS Theater:

• Tuesday, 5/21 – Guitar, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Concert Orchestra
• Wednesday, 5/22 – String Orchestra, Symphonic Orchestra, Wind Ensemble
• Thursday, 5/23 (Gala) – Jazz Ensemble I, Wind Symphony, Philharmonic, Vocal Music

Ticket & Voucher Information:

• Tues, 5/21 and Wed, 5/22 Concert prices are:  $10 adults, $5 students and seniors
• Thur, 5/23 Gala prices are:  $15 adults, $10 students and seniors
• You can exchange your KMA (Keep Music Alive donation) vouchers for tickets for the Tues, 5/21 and Wed, 5/22 concerts. You can use ONE ticket to attend both concerts.
• KMA vouchers will not be accepted at the Thur, 5/23 Gala. You must buy a separate ticket for this performance.
• No presales; all tickets and voucher exchanges will be at the concert.
• CHARTER OAK DONORS: You will be seated starting at 6:45pm for the Tues, 5/21 and Wed, 5/22 concerts. Please arrive early! No early seating for the Thur, 5/23 Gala.

We need concert volunteers for each night. Please sign up HERE if you can help, thank you! Students may sign up for service hours.

We love our seniors and want to celebrate them! We will be highlighting seniors on our Instagram account (@northwoodinstrumental) with Senior Spotlights.

2024 MARCHING BAND CAMP: SAVE THE DATES! 
It’s never too early to start thinking about Marching Band! Online registration will begin in late March; watch your email for details. All events will be held on campus at NHS. ALL students, and all levels of music experience, are welcome; please share with friends! BAND CAMP IS REQUIRED FOR ALL MARCHING BAND AND COLOR GUARD PARTICIPANTS.

• 2024 MARCHING BAND CAMP* – August 8th, 9th, 12th-15th, 9am-4pm
• LEADERSHIP***– August 6th & 7th (9am-3:30pm)
• NEW MEMBERS** – August 7th (12:30-3:30pm)
• COLOR GUARD – August 5th, 6th & 7th (Time TBD)
• PIT & DRUMLINE – August 5th, 6th & 7th (Time TBD)
• ALL CAMP MEETING* – Wednesday, August 7th, 6:00 pm
• KICKOFF PERFORMANCE – Thursday, August 15, 6:00 pm
